I just came back from a small meeting...
A sort of....uhm.....war room strategy session....
Doesn't really matter what it's about, although you will already know... many of you that is.
Felt uptight...wound up... heightened state of alertness...
but it's not a good feeling...
at least not one I'm accustomed to... or would desire...
Have to sit down and write something very focused..
very sharp...and somewhat savage...but scientific...
Was wondering how to relax...
return to that calm center,
where this type of writing flows from...
Didn't think it would happen,
But then I read about LOCO MOTIVE...
and suddenly the anger was gone...
Amazing how that can happen, isn't it?
It just blows away... like so much chaff

I like to work, but I haven't been able to do it much for fourteen years. I know it's close to that, because I have an unfinished building that has been Permitted twice by the City, and still sits vacant and unfinished, and by golly, I'm only a cpl months from being ready to try finishing it. Yowza.
