No, it's not the NRA... and it has nothing to do with abortions either. The self is central to the universe. Real love itself is a supremely selfish emotion. In fact, if you are selfless you are nothing but a shell and worth nothing, not even to your non-existent self... but that's another story. Religion is not a philosophy, it is a theology. The reason why morality and ethics are breaking down is because of the lack of an objective philosophy. Children are being taught that to feel is more important than thinking. Believing in a god or gods is not the answer, believing in your own mind and your own worth and other's worth is. FT
