To ALL Investors in IMMM:
I have read much of this thread, but I began accumulating IMMM stock before its existance. I have been very disappointed by the stock movement, and can come up with no logical explanation for the past month's activity. I sincerely hope that the current Press Release is correct in its interpretation. Short of this whole thing being a scam, which I feel it is not, this is the only plausible explanation. With the price at these levels, and if you are in this for the "ALL OR NOTHING" like me, I suggest you follow Jesse Taylor's advice first thing tomorrow morning. If the EM-Sounder works, we will have no pressure to try and sell some on a spike up. If it works, this stock will have nowhere to go but up for a long, long time. If it doesn't, you won't be able to sell it anyway.
Maybe this Press Release will make the wires tomorrow. I had it faxed to me. Since I have to type it, I will abbreviate it a little:
"Chairman of the Board, Jesse Taylor, said today that he believes that the recent rapid price decline in IMMM's common stock is a result of aggressive and manipulative short selling and not a reflection of the condition or outlook of the company."
He then says the company is on schedule after a weather delay initially with its Eastern Colorado well spudded on May 5 and is "drilling its test of the fluvial formations to the Precambrian granite."
With the completion of the first commercial test of the EM-Sounder they plan to move immediately to the second drilling site.
"that it is our intent to add significant value to the bottom line through the pursuit of the goals set out in our strategic planning . . . I am highly confident about the direction and future growth of the company."
"The company is arranging support within the retail brokerage community in an attempt to slow the short selling on IMMM stock."
He then suggests that all shareholders order out their certificates to force delivery of their shares from the Depository Trust Company so the brokerages who are short will be forced to buy in the shares for actual delivery to their owners.
