Paul,

It means that six weeks after the Willamette launch, there will be a HELLUVA LOT MORE Willamette PCs available than there are ThumperTurd or Dupalon PCs available TODAY - 6 weeks after their launch.

Going by Intel's new reputation of being a MHz short and a day late, my prediction is that 6 weeks after the announcement, Willy's availability (judged by what can be ordered online, retail and pricewatch) will not be as good as Thunderbird's - Thunderbird being widely available from Gateway, Compaq, (I am not sure about HP), screwdriver shops, Pricewatch.

Joe
