Ish,
I think I have made it clear, in subsequent posts, that I am not one to turn my nose up at progress. The breeding, and hybrid plants, that improved the quality of the food years ago, was just a bit different than the genetic tic-tac-toe that is being played today. If it is, for sure, safe, I am all for it. Personally, I prefer range fed beef, or range fed Bison meat, but that's just me.
