WCAP had growing volume in last 2 trading days. With a float of 3.7M shares,any growing volume will propel the stock higher rapidly. I am not aware of any other stock with a P/E ratio of 1.3 WCAP closed up 1 3/8 at $16.50 with EPS of $12.00. I don't expect this undervaluation to last long.
