Doug,

Thanks for your excellent post. I could probably add a couple more items to your list from a recent email I received from a former investor in GEAC.

One that comes to mind is that the acquisitions which GEAC makes are generally poor businesses, not leading edge technology companies (maybe, you could comment on this).

Another one that comes to mind is, what's the point of growing revenues by acquisition to $2 bill. if the company is not committed to growing earnings as well.

It seems clear that there is little confidence at this time that the company is on the 'right track'.
