This business model is flawed. The primary objective of any buisness is Operational earnings; every thing else is subordinate to that.

I could be out in left field on this response but if prospective companies aren't buying Geacs products and that they are expecting the next two quarter to be the same then how do you expect them to turn a profit unless they lay off the high paid help.
I would be concerned if Geac was the only company experiencing this but they aren't so does this mean that the other companies have a flaw business plan too.

Down the road these companies will have to start buying products. When this happens and other companies start reporting that sales are picking up and Geac doesn't then maybe I could agree with your comment. Depending on how long the drought last there could be fewer companies in Geac space. I believe Geac will be around so that means there could be less competition.
