not a clue on any of these, Uri - but if you paid for your FQ service via credit card and you have unused months remaining the fact that they've been off the 'net for this long justifies a request for refund & if not forthcoming asking your credit card co. to chargeback the excess months not received, IMO. If you still can, that is. Dee Jay
