thanks to all who provided input....gstrf certainly looks dicey......lor less so.....i think one of the big mistakes bs made was his use of heavy debt financing....this was big during the 70's and 80's and is still a primary form of financing for big infrastructure companies......however the equity model has worked out much better for cash burners which have profit potential in the not too distant future
