Judith, thank you very much - what a great way to start my day. I was just thinking of you. I wanted to tell you that I ordered two books last night - the Heart Rate Monitor Book and also one more specific to running by Sally Edwards. And, it was also the first time I've shopped on the net. Isn't technology great. You can buy stuff without leaving the house; wrap straps around your chest to stop you from killing yourself on the track.
