Bill-- I have reread it and I can only come up with the possibility that you're referring to this quote? Homosexuality is not like soccer- it isn't something you "encourage". Unfortunately you seem not only to have pulled it out of the context of the preceding posts but also decided to substitute a first person meaning to the sentence where X has used the second person generic- "you". This was a response to another post that was asking why we didn't tell boys to "go play with Tommy". The use of the word "encourage" was referencing the fact that homosexuality is NOT a choice. I think I wrote about the same point. You don't "encourage" people to practice gayness as they would the piano. THis sentence has nothing to do with a personal child rearing sexual development technique of X! SHe has been very clear and consisitent in her views on her children and sexuality.
