A couple questions/cries for help.

1. Does anyone have an address for MSFT to send defective Intellimouses that need to be replaced under their alleged 5 yr. warranty? I spent about 40 min. trying to find out with now success (I won't bore you with the frustrating details). MSFT sure likes to make returns hard, don't they? But hey, when you're spending all your time innovating like Bill says in his propaganda campaign, I guess you don't have the resources to keep your customers happy. BTW, my Intellimouse crapped out after about 45 days, causing me in my ignorance to "Restore Hard Drive" which leads me to #2:

2. I screwed up and must have clicked the wrong box when restoring Windows 98, so now when I boot up a window comes up and makes me type my password. Anyway to eliminate the password window?

Thanks, y'all.
