Hi CC - good fortune and happiness with the new venture...and thanks for the quotation from Sir John T. Now tell me - there is a NR, last week, stating that J. Baan's group is placing stock at $2. The NR goes on to say <this is is not news but part of the Enhanced Business Transactions>. The NR does appear to say that the Baan group is selling stock. Is it to a related party, since it is at a discount to what they paid ($3)...or what is happening? TIA. don.
