Overwhelming?

The ballistics of Graham's gun
didn't even match with those of the gun used in the murder.

Overwhelming?

The white "eye" witness whose testimony largely convicted graham was shown
only one mug shot of a person w. short hair and no facial
hair who she originally said had a darker complexion and
was thinner.

Overwhelming?

This witness picked the only person
who was included in both the mug shots and the line up
and still the only one with short hair and no
facial hair.

Overwhelming?

Two other eye witnesses clearly said distinctly
that Graham wasn't the man, and didn't identify him
in mug shots or line ups.

Overwhelming?

Graham had four alibi witnesses
that passed polygraphs.

Overwhelming?

There was no physical evidence that placed Graham at the scene

The only thing "overwhelming" was the incompetence
of the court appointed attorney for Graham who did NOT
even admit into evidence any of the above information.

The only thing "overwhelming" is that the Appeals
Court in Texas failed by not allowing for a new trial.

Overworked with case loads, and incompetent
due to training, court appointed counsel does not
have the means, methods, or abilities to capably
put on a defense for any person.

We shouldn't have two systems of justice, that is
one for those that can afford an adequate defense
and another for those that can't.

Again the only thing overwhelming is that
there was reasonable doubt.

One has to be proven guilty beyond reasonable doubt-
not proven innocent beyond all doubt.
