I have 17500 shares @ (get ready to laugh) $1.12. I am usually a flipper -- 10% to 30% with no REAL news and I'll flip the stock. But I never have flipped this one. I see it taking a run and I get ready to sell because I know she'll fall back down. But, you know, I just can't believe that this company isn't turning around faster than it is. I keep expecting them to become profitable. IMO the company shouldn't come out and say 'We will be profitable by the end of the second quarter ... yadda yadda yadda' and not deliver on it. I am a business-minded kind of guy and I feel as though they should be able to forecast a little better than they seem to. I guess I'm too naive. I believe in what people say. "Our PalletBanking system is growing by 25% a month" I haven't seen a new release saying that lately.
You would have to assume that raising money through an equity issue so that you can pay off your debts, will lead to lower costs (interest). This should help them turn a profit. When they finally do start turning profits then I will feel better about their millions of dollars of Goodwill. A non-profitable company with that type of money in goodwill makes me a little nervous. I think we all should remember NorTel in 1993 -- they wrote down their goodwill to the tune of $500,000,000 or so -- and the stock dropped from the $40's down to $27.
However, I am 100% sure that PLT will NOT do something like that. Although, maybe I'm not looking at Goodwill in the proper light. Maybe I shouldn't look at it at all.

!!??!!??
