C-Cube Microsystems of Milpitas, Calif., has an encoder chip for broadcasting on the market. Are they refering to the E4? After reading that, i wonder how the E4 project is going? My guess would be that it is going as planned. Cube's top engineers have been doing this "stuff" for a while now, so its not like its their first attempt in the encoding route.
