2.5% is believable. What the common line of thought, or so I believe the common thought is, is that borrowing costs are far lower.

My point to Gersh is that the official number may be lower but virtually no one can qualify for such a rate. I'm sure your company has impeccable credit, yet getting below 1% isn't plausible. The common perception (again, I think) think people believe that it is possible to borrow even lower in Japan.
