Got 28 from a quick look at the LT chart.....that was a basing level back in late 1998. 24 could be possible as well.

Do you follow ACTN too???...that seems to be turning around now that they've gone through their problems and seem to be on the right track again. TRK also looking like it has based out and ready to move higher now.
