Let me see....The gov't comes up with this award and decides to award LOR ...then they decide that Lor is not an appropriate recipient because it is under investigation by the gov't who has already said in public testimony that Lor did not do anything wrong and now the gov't has rescinded the award because of the investigation....Hmmm...do you suppose that there is anyone high up in the gov't that wants to see Loral fail??....After all Loral gets to burden all the bad press on a situation that is not of their own doing...The gov't set up the award, awarded it to Loral and then took it back..Loral suffers ...Gee thanks for nuttin!!!!!!
