For those that like to read for themselves I am pleased to report that the Director's Circular on REJECTION is now available on Sedar. An unconfirmed rumor has it that the Post Office is keeping all the mailed copies in the hope of being able to realize a profit on a document that is more significant in the History of Canada than the Meech Lake accord.
