MSFT may split or may not...The government is on notice but will need to defend a breakup in the courts...Gates is buying broadband-that is a fact not conjecture...AOL has their own judicial issues with their TWX merger...The smaller broadband companies are in play IMO.

Gates has plans on broadband delivery of software products and is buying the assets presently.
