ARC Wins Help Desk Engagement for eLoyalty, A
Leading Provider of Customer Loyalty Solutions

BARRINGTON, IL, July 18 /PRNewswire/ -- Alternative Resources Corporation (ARC) (Nasdaq: ALRC - news), a leading
provider of technology management services, today announced it has been selected to provide a SmartSourcing® solution to
establish a new IS Support Center and associated new technical support processes for eLoyalty. eLoyalty is the industry's first
pure-play electronic customer relationship management (eCRM) and customer loyalty solutions company. The solution will also
include ongoing operational help desk management and staffing services, over a multi-year period.

The agreement features an aggressive, metrics-driven program that calls for escalating performance through the term of the contract.
