Rambus IP As I understand it, in addition to RDRAM, Rambus now is charging royalties for DDR DRAM and SDRAM. Does anyone know where Ramtron memory stand with regard to Rambus IP? Will Ramtron have to pay royalties to Rambus as well, or is Ramtron a true alternative to Rambus IP?
