BG, why don't you wait for the data to come out on rhAPC before you speculate on how to further improve it. By the way and FYI only: the problem in the vast majority of septic shock cases is not bacterial resistance but rather microcoagulation (thrombosis of very small arteries) and subsequent tissue hypoxia leading to organ failure.
