I think that when millions of shares of a stock get dumped, the price tends to go down. I think that when millions of shares of a stock get dumped, it's usually a sign that the people connected with the company don't have the same high hopes for their business prospects as they used to. In the case of BBAN, that's sort of an understatement.

They even released a PR back in April or May when the dumping started saying as much. It was there for everyone to read when BBAN was at $3.

But what do I know.
