Chello gets the only thing that ATHM actually has: the experience and knowledge of creating and operating a BB network. This is the primary "added value" or "synergy" of the deal. We hand over experience and knowledge and they try to run with it to build a stock with a better market cap than ATHM management is capable of achieving. Maybe ATHM management admitting defeat internationally before they barely started was a good thing. Maybe they just were not up to the task and they knew it. Eric
