art, in SNDK's case, the premiums have been fairly pricey. also, i don't mind owning SNDK for the long-term, so i've stuck with the stock.
as for whether or not it will run on the earnings tomorrow, i think it will be determined by the market.... if it remains tentative in front of greenspan's talk on the hill, it may prove to be a buying opportunity in SNDK. kinda kicking myself for not buying back at 66 and change this afternoon.... although, i've been better served to wait for the 50's (for some reason,i don't think that will happen this time, though).
i really don't trade that much, this stock has just given me the opportunity to take some quick profits in a choppy market.... i've owned stocks such as MRVC for quite some time (have an average price of around $7), so i don't mind holding. for me, it's all a matter of valuation, market sentiment, and growth....
oh, i also sold QCOM this morning.... (saw you are anticipating earnings on that one tomorrow, as well)... |
