Gambler: Its a recent discovery for uncle Mark, too. They appear to be in the document conversion business: most of the newsgroup message that Peter Dale posted (in the Docucon thread) discusses '..scanning/converting Microform databases' and 'writing converted data to various forms of optical storage media'. I confess to knowing abosutely nothing about this stuff nor am I familiar with the company's management. What caught my eye was that the contract may be quite large: its with the Defense Department and 'will be performed in various cities in the continental US.'

I also don't know what the stock will do but, following Peter's post here and a quick scan of the Docucon thread, a favorable bounce is anticipated. I'd advise walking on over to the Docucon thread: things may begin to stir over there...
