Laurie that document is available on Sedar too if you want to read it. The delay is not DeBeer's fault but rather the document distribution system here starting with the Post office. I don't know any body who has received a copy from the perp.

My paper bill is enormous but I just print them from Sedar...can't be bothered to wait. I'm sure Fred Flintstone had better service
