This explains why Intel licensed technology from ARMHY.

ARMHY anticipated this trend and developed RISC processors optimized for low power consumption for battery powered applications like handsets.

Hopefully WIND can benefit, but I don't see much visibility of their RTOS technology in the wireless handset game at this time. (Someone please correct me if they see otherwise).

That could change if reliability becomes an issue.

The Wireless Internet is at an embryonic stage. It is not too late for WIND to get in there. Like WIND mentions in their annual reports, their biggest competitors are OEMs who develop their own OS or RTOS solutions. This is very, very, true.
