Clarification- MRVC is NOT mentioned in the lawsuit.. the suit was filed against JDSU yesterday. The suit raised my eyebrows because I know that Luminent uses MOCVD technology - as do a lot of other companies, research facilities, etc. I just want to be reassured that MRVC isn't next on Rockwell's list. I'm no lawyer, but given the broadness of the Rockwell claims and the prior art issues raised by SDLI, I doubt this suit against JDSU is going anywhere any time soon. Thoughts anyone?
