I had only heard the Alliance/Valence/Navy project alluded to; thanks for the more thorough treatment. Whereas the dollar amount of deals like this may not seem like much, due to their limited nature, I see the product development expertise that is gained and the marketing presence gained in solving a problem in a harsh environment (under the sea) as being very valuable (I mean, it's a little like when IBM designed the onboard Apollo flight control computer and developed the RS6000 Deep Blue chess contender - the prizes were paltry sums to pay for the press they got). Of course the marketing advantages I'm refering to are in the wining and dining arena instead of the mass media, but there is an analogy.

Someone mentioned the stock presently capping out at 7 and Paul mentioned that there hasn't really been any news. I agree with him on there really being very little news. Thanks to those who have ferreted out the little news that there has been and having shared it here. It almost does seem that there has been a lot of news!

Paul, are we forming one of William J. O'Neil's cup-with-a-handle patterns? The consolidation at 7 for a few more days may finish out the handle for a bullish Tech. Anal. pattern.
