A number of individuals were modererated-out, and then all but one were reinstated during the July 4 weekend by the moderator, LG, who announced that fact to the thread.
Actually that is another lie, what I actually said was "In honor of the July Fourth weekend I am putting forward a cyber jester of rapprochement and removing exclusions on most all that have been excluded".

Subsequently, I was excluded from the thread, for reasons, I believe, of simply disagreeing with some of the fundamental premises of the thread, and pointing-out that the thread seems to really not be about market direction, but instead a place to advance the bearish case and government conspiracy theories. Nothing wrong with that, but calling it "Market Direction Discussion" seems dishonest and at the least misleading to me.
Frankly, no one twisted your arm forcing you to read the ORIGINAL MDD Thread. You decided to ignore the guidelines and pop in on the MDD Thread and begin to slam the thread as a group and confront post after post in a ridiculing manner. I approached you via PM and asked you to follow the guidelines. I also asked you to tone down you challenges and to offer up your own take on the market, to provide a contribution to MDD as is requested in the MDD guidelines.
The bottom line is you continued to challenge others often in a confrontational manner and never provided your own analysis. You were excluded for ignoring my repeated request to follow the guidelines of the thread, period.
I decided to handle exclusions from the ORIGINAL MDD Thread by following SI Admin Bob's example. He always contacts individuals in private when conducting his Terms Of Use enforcement. Once he decides to suspend or ban someone, he does it without notice or explanation. If someone logs on SI and discovers he or she cannot post they have to contact SI Admin Bob via Email in order to find out why. SI Admin Bob never makes a public announcement when he suspends or even bans a member from SI. If you want it known publicly on SI that you have been suspended or banned you have to contact another SI member (one willing to post your fate) in some manner other than SI Pmail and get that other member to post publicly on SI that you have been suspended or banned. I know, I have been there.
If SI Admin Bob does not like the way I conduct business regarding exclusions on the MDD thread, let him set a NEW example of how he wants it done. I have been following his current example, the one he has set since I have been a member of SI for over two years.
If SI Admin Bob thanks a list of members excluded from a thread should be made public, let him list the members he has banned from SI and give a reason for the ban. Let SI Admin Bob provide a public list of members suspended from posting on SI and give a reason for the suspensions. SI Admin Bob, set the example you want host of moderated threads to follow...by your lead sir!
As for you Jon Tara...you are a troublemaker. That is what you do...I am sure more than one thread will agree!
