There is a bright side to today's sells. Whoever is selling obviously doesn't care at what price he/she/it sells. This is apparent by the fact that he is selling at .27 cents. Accordingly, it appears that he will keep dumping until he is completely out of shares. Therefore, when it starts to move back up he won't be selling and stiffling it.

There is a silver lining to every cloud . . . sometimes you just have to look a little deeper.
