UTEK has excellent 1998 new product prospects in three
areas: E-Beam......P-Gild.......Poletrimming

If UTEK can earn $2.00 in calendar 1998 the shares should
trade in the 18 p/e range or about the mid-thirties.
Beyond 1997 transition year which is ongoing, prospects are
excellent for 1998 earnings growth.
