By William Auckerman Japan Correspondent, asia.internet.com [February 17, 2000-TOKYO] IIJ and Crosswave will spend 10 billion yen (US$91.7 million) in fiscal year 2000 to set up six new data centers, starting with Tokyo and Osaka in April and adding Sapporo, Sendai, Nagoya, and Fukuoka by year-end.
