Keep an eye on CGX Energy under OYL.U on the CDNX trading in US dollars.Knocked back due to border dispute and now behind doors an agreement has been inked.Stock being held down and when agreement is signed this will pop over 1.00 IMHO and stock is currently trading in the .29/share range for the last 2 days while houses average down to capitalize on the potential windfall IMHO once again.
