Bill,

Yes, I noticed that our favorite baby blue-chip closed above the take-out price on heavy volume. Whether there are any other bidders for the stock, I have no clue. The best we can hope for, other than Bill Gates, AT&T and Donald Trump getting into a bidding war is that the market will price this stock above the take-out and GTE will have to sweeten the price. Watch the July 30 calls and keep the candles lit.
