I agree that there will be a lull and CEPH will likely range around a bit, that's been its history because its history has been lots of lulls with the occasional news piece.
Where it will range around to, I don't hazard a guess but agree that it could slip a bit. However I believe the panic is history and as it has already traded volume equal to about 1/2 total shares outstanding since the meeting, it already seems to have established some resistence in the low 12's.
I think timing gets trickier here because major news could come at any time.
