Delmar A. Janovec, Chairman and CEO of AmeriResource Technologies,
Inc. (ARET) announced today that ARET has assigned its March 30, 2000
real estate purchase agreement to acquire the Mesquite Star Hotel and
Casino to its newly acquired subsidiary West Texas Real Estate and
Resources, Inc.
Mr. Janovec further stated, "Thru the combined efforts of ARET and
Michael J. Signorelli, NevStar's Chairman and CEO, we believe the
financing package for Mesquite Star Hotel and Casino will be in place
within 90 days."
