Some CC highlights. I don't have everything, so please fill in.

Capacity constrained in ALL PRODUCTS!

Pricing is stable and benign.

Expected Gross margins slight increase next qtr, more increase in 4th qtr.

Segate has estimated less than 1 million shares left (2%)

Revenue stable at about CP = 43% MMC = 22%

Even if there was no more demand in MP3 flash, there is more than enough demand in other products (camcorders, smart phones, appliances) to make up the difference and they would still be capacity constrained.

More than 100 players on the MP3 market.

Capacitor shortage has forced SNDK to change some designs. Eli says it's a pain in the ass. Cannot predict capacitor supply.

Eli came out of his chair on this next one!

Question comparing SSTI competition.

Eli said there is no competition. SSTI has 80% REV from 2 megabits chips, SNDK is in the high capacity 128 megabit and up market.

There are only 4 companies with the technology and patents to manufacture high capacity flash and only 4.

SNDK, Toshiba, Samsung and Hatashi. That's it!

Eli said there is much ignorance and confusion on this matter. (certainly not on this thread!)

This is not complete by any means. There was some discussion on micron thickness and I didn't understand a word of it. Perhaps someone else can explain.
