Venkie, you can't compare BRCM S&P run to what JDSU will be. BRCM has 215.2 Million share outstanding and a Float of 137.6 Million, whereas JDSU has 782.1 Million Shares Out and a Float of 571 Million. Supply and Demand. 200 bucks for JDSU is a pipe dream IMO.
