re: I got the impression that the 2 royalty licensees that have fixed payment that end, was for this year only. They have fixed payments the first 2 quarters each year. Correct me if I am wrong.

It was confusing, but the way I read it was that the royalties were capped at a certain annual amount, which these companies had already reached. I'm not sure if he said that that arrangement would continue.
