An Open Letter to the Board of Directors, Corporate Vision Inc. Dear Sirs: Communication between shareholders by means of message boards and phone calls has shown that the patience of the shareholders has grown thin. A once supportive group has turned sour due to the seeming lack of progress with which CVI has exhibited in the last eight months. I urge you all to extend the courtesy of addressing the concerns of your shareholders before actions detrimental to your position are necessary. Undoubtedly you are aware of what these concerns are. For example, depressed share price, low trading volume, missed self-imposed deadlines, and endless delays are among a few. Hopefully we can hear from you by a means of a public response. Thank you, Kenneth G. Low CVIA shareholder.
