simply stated, looks like NazComp is done with upcycle for now
just dunno how strong the downcycle next will be now
perhaps NazComp bounce off 3900 now positively
low VIX indicates downcycle is certain now
suspect we are to be bound by new flat channel for a while

my best pundit sources believe we are in for mild rise in major averages until midSept
then a semi-serious decline in lateSept/earlyOct

not much depth by me here, just some dribbles
