Advantages to GENZ
-benefits from upside of the 43% investment which is currently worth about 40 million. Prob not factored into the stock price.
-GENZ products may be the first to gain the benefit of transgenic production
-success of a spinoff validates the company as a technology leader, by the way GENZ plans aat least one other spin off this year.
