so you are looking for adouble on the open? The current valuation at $13-15 is around $5.5 billion.

With 27 million shares going out it may slow down the opening day premium, but this is a must hold for institutions. On the other hand this may be the deal that gets the IPO market going again if they decide to explode the opening price.
