You can check out this link for the specs on HSDRAM. As you'll note the chip is sold as rated 3:2:2 but it runs at 4.6ns and gives stable operation at 133MHz at CAS 2 rather than 3. See chart.

For more real world evidence of the chips capability you can run through the message board they set up for over clockers and customers. If you've got system temperatures under control and a front side bus to support it, this version of their chip will run at 150MHz at 3:3:3:
