A lot of people very strongly disagree with that opinion. They hold that your best count will come by counting from the 1 minute chart on up, allowing whatever you discover on the lower scale to determine your opinion for the larger scales. One way or another, your answer is going to come from another scale. Looking larger, I think it looks like a 5th in progress or perhaps failed and over. Bottom up, I don't know. Let me know what you decide it is.
